I focused mainly on keeping the target muscle under tension for a longer period of time for optimal growth. This workout consists of 4 different chest exercises, each performed in sets of 4 for 8-12 repetitions each. I recommend no less than 40 seconds rest in between sets and no more than 60 seconds.
