In this workout, I'm going to run you through some great abdominal exercises that could easily be considered "FULL BODY" movements. We're going to do these as a circuit, coupled with some higher intensity jump rope jumping to help up your heart rate and metabolism. Also, I'm not going to lie. Some of these movements are fairly advanced and will require some work to really get down and have proper form.
